We do not offer refunds, accept returns or allow exchanges for individual courses, as they are immediately taken out of inventory, and we are charged for them.

Certificates can be used in many ways. First, you can create electronic copies to send to your current employer as proof of professional development. Second, you can upload them to your LinkedIn profile. Third, you can create a learning accomplishments book. Finally, you can print them and frame them for your office.

This depends on your company's expense policy for professional development, but most companies will simply accept a receipt for the services that you've purchased that you can submit for reimbursement.
