Great for Physical Labour Companies

I'manage a labour company, where testosterone can run high with our employees doing hard physical labour all day. While we have had incidence of verbal attacks between employees in the past, thanks to this courseware our on-site managers know the steps to take to de-escalate violent situations and get everyone back to work.
